摘要 企业制造技术能力是企业在某项制造技术发展过程中,在企业技术环境的影响下,通过合理使用技术资源的企业技术活动所体现的知识和技能,是一种自主地做出技术选择、采用和改进所选制造技术,并最终内生地创造新技术的能力。论文采用AHP层次分析法建立制造技术能力评价标准,其指标参数为技术储备、研究、应用、验证、优化改进、退出等提供决策依据,有助于实现企业对技术全寿命周期的有效管控,从而实现技术效益的最大化,并为我国制造企业实施技术评价提供具有借鉴意义的参考。 The capability to manufacturing technology refers to the knowledge and skills embodied,which through the rational use of technological resources under the influence of the technological environment during the development of a manufacturing technology,and is a capability to select,adopt,and improve the manufacturing technology has been selected,and finally to create a new technology.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to establish a evaluation standard of the capability to manufacturing technology.And the evaluation result provide decision basis for technology reserve,research,application,verification,optimization and improvement,exit,etc.At the same time,it is helpful for enterprises to effectively control the whole life cycle of technology and maximize the benefits.It also provides reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to implement the technology evaluation.
