Economic Globalization under Domain Paradigm Thinking

经济全球化的理想状态,就是将美国经济的“微观—宏观”范式呈现,平推至关于全球经济的想象世界。但世界经济的发展态势并非朝着形成全球范围的同质化“宏观经济”方向演进,而是越来越具有新时代的域观经济特征。基于经济全球化而形成的经济一体化,并不能消除世界经济的多元性和多样性。由于不同国家具有不同的“域场”特征及其相应的制度规则,经济全球化既要尊重各国自身的域场规则,又要对这些规则进行相互接轨的协调性安排,从而建立和维护一个“安全畅通、规则平等、承认差异”的世界市场秩序。

An ideal state of economic globalization would display the micro-macro paradigm of the American economy and advance it to the imagined world of a global economy.However,in reality,the world economy is not evolving toward a homogenized macro-economy on a global scale,but rather increasingly possesses the domain economy characteristics of the new era.Economic integration based on economic globalization will not wipe out the plurality and diversity of the world economy.Given that countries differ in terms of their domain character and the corresponding systems and rules,economic globalization should value individual domain rules while putting in place coordinated arrangements for their alignment,so as to establish and maintain a world market order that is secure and unimpeded,has equal rules and recognizes differences.
