摘要 目的:针对传统康复训练设备存在的不足,设计一种适用于脑卒中患者的手部康复训练系统。方法:该系统以镜像神经元理论为指导,融入体感控制技术及视频追踪技术进行设计,主要由康复训练桌及智能康复训练软件组成。其中康复训练桌主要由移动底座、升降机构、桌面、摄像头模块、触控显示器和手势识别器等组成,康复训练桌的升降通过电动推柱实现,手势识别器和摄像头模块捕捉、识别患者的手部动作并同步反馈到触控显示器上。智能康复训练软件由用户管理、筛查评估、智能训练、影音库、数据记录等功能模块组成,采用C#编程语言、Access数据库进行开发。结果:该系统能够辅助脑卒中后手部功能障碍患者进行手部康复训练并进行评估,可有效改善患者的上肢手部运动功能,提高其日常生活活动能力。结论:该系统可用于脑卒中患者的手部康复,且训练模式多样、人机交互性好、功能较为齐全,具有广阔的市场需求和推广前景。 Objective To design a hand rehabilitation training system for the stroke patients to replace the traditional devices.Methods The system was designed based on mirror neuron theory,incorporating somatosensory control technology and video tracking technology,and was mainly composed of a rehabilitation training table and intelligent rehabilitation training software.The rehabilitation training table consisted of a mobile base,a lifting mechanism,a table top,a camera module,a touch display and a gesture recognizer.The lifting of the rehabilitation training table was achieved by means of a motorized push post,and the gesture recognizer and camera module captured and recognized the patient’s hand movements and provided simultaneous feedback to the touch display.The intelligent rehabilitation training software included several modules for user management,screening and assessment,intelligent training,audio and video library,data recording and other functions,which was developed using C#programming language and Access database.Results The system assisted in hand rehabilitation training and assessment of patients with hand dysfunction after stroke,which effectively improved the patients’hand motor function and enhanced their ability for daily living.Conclusion Mirror neuron-based hand rehabilitation training system can be used for hand rehabilitation of the stroke patients,and has a wide market demand and promotion prospects due to its various training modes,good human-computer interaction and complete functions.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):26-31]
