骨科手术机器人临床应用综述

Clinical application of orthopedic surgical robot

阐述了骨科手术机器人的发展进程,介绍了骨科手术机器人在骨折复位、关节置换、骨盆髋臼骨折、股骨颈骨折以及脊柱椎弓根螺钉置入中的应用情况,分析了骨科手术机器人临床应用的优势和不足,指出了骨科手术机器人与人工智能技术、混合现实技术以及纳米技术等相结合是未来的发展趋势。

The development process of the orthopedic surgical robot was described.The application of the orthopedic surgical robot in fracture repositioning,joint replacement,pelvic acetabular fracture,femoral neck fracture and spinal pedicle screw placement was introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the orthopedic surgical robot were analyzed for clinical application.It’s pointed out that the combination of the orthopedic surgical robot with artificial intelligence technology,mixed reality technology and nanotechnology would be the future development trend.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):97-101]
