基于PI的叉车用柴油机怠速响应性优化

摘要 叉车用柴油机怠速运行工况十分复杂,怠速过程具有显著的非线性和不确定性。5—10 t叉车用柴油机排放由非道路二阶段升为非道路三阶段,所选用的柴油机由六缸机改为四缸机,由于发动机排量变小,出现怠速加载工况熄火问题。文中采用PI控制方法对柴油机怠速响应控制进行了研究,并结合优化前的数据进行了对比,结果表明,通过怠速PI控制优化,可以实现怠速加载工况稳定运转不熄火,证明四缸柴油机应用于5—10t叉车是可行的。 The idle operate condition of forklift diesel engine is very complicated.And the idle process is nonlinear and uncertain.The emission of diesel engine for 5-10t forklift are upgraded from non-road stage II to stage III,and the diesel engine selected is changed from six cylinder engine to four cylinder engine.Because the engine displacement becomes small,appears idle speed loading condition flameout problem.In this paper,the idle response of diesel engine is studied by PI control method,and the data before optimization are compared.The results show that the stable operation of idle loading condition can be realized by using idle PI control optimization,and it is proved that the four-cylinder diesel engine is feasible to be used in 5-10t forklift.
