Safety evaluation of in-service slings for port cranes

文中以常见的港口起重机械吊索具为研究对象,通过调研港口常用吊索具的类型及特点,分析不同吊索具的失效形式,并采用综合影响评价的方法,得到吊索具的安全评价等级,为港口起重机械吊索具的管理部门提供参考,既能降低吊索具的安全事故,又能减少不必要的更换,进而减少生产开支。

This paper takes the common sling of Port Crane as the research object,through investigating the types and characteristics of the sling in common use in port,analyzes the failure forms of different sling,and adopts the method of comprehensive impact evaluation,the Safety Evaluation Grade of sling can provide reference for the Management Department of Port Crane Sling,which can not only reduce the safety accident of sling,but also reduce the unnecessary replacement and reduce the production cost.
