语言服务转向的商务英语写作关键能力的内涵与实现路径——基于“海丝”建设视角

Content and Implementation Paths of Key Competence of Business English Writing from the Perspective of Language Service Orientation:On the Basis of the Construction of“Maritime Silk Road”

随着“21世纪海上丝绸之路”建设的深入推进,沿线国家的商务领域存在如下现象:商务英语为主,语言文化多元化突出;语言交际效能高于语言形式;商务英语趋向杂糅化、区域化。这些现象促使商务英语写作向语言服务转向。语言服务转向的商务英语写作课程中关键能力应当是商务英语语言知识、行业知识、思辨创新技能与跨文化商务交际能力组合成的复合体。实现语言服务转向的商务英语写作关键能力的培养要通过两个途径:商务英语写作课程内容应以商务语篇体裁为导向,商务英语语言知识和行业知识应相互渗透;采用产出导向法重新设计课堂教学流程,培养思辨创新技能,强调交际对象的差异性,强化跨文化交际意识。

With the advance of“the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”construction,there exist the following phenomena in the business field of countries along the road:business English is widely used,and linguistic and cultural diversity is obvious at the same time;the efficiency of language communication outweighs the language form;business English tends to be hybridized and localized.These phenomena make business English writing have the characteristic of language service.The key competence of business English writing course with the characteristic of language service should be a combination of business English language knowledge,industry knowledge,skills of critical thinking and innovation,and intercultural business communication competence.Two paths are put forward to realize the key competence of business English writing with the characteristic of language service:the content of business English writing course should be oriented by business discourse genre,and language knowledge and industry knowledge should be infiltrated into each other.The production-oriented approach should be adopted to redesign classroom teaching process,cultivating the skills of critical thinking and innovation,emphasizing the differences of communicating objects,and strengthening the awareness of cross-cultural communication.
