菌糠是食用菌生产的副产物,对其进行循环利用可以变废为宝并保护环境。介绍食用菌废弃菌糠在食用菌栽培、饲料、肥料、能源材料等方面的循环利用现状,以期为实现资源良性循环、促进食用菌产业健康发展提供参考。

Fungus chaff is the by-product of edible fungus production.Recycling it can turn waste into treasure and protect the environment.This paper introduces the current situation of recycling and utilization of fungus chaff in the aspects such as cultivation,feed,fertilizer and energy materials of edible fungi,in order to provide reference for realizing the virtuous cycle of resources and promoting the healthy development of edible fungus industry.
