东北黑土地保护利用问题与对策

Problems on Protection and Utilization of Black Land in Northeast China and Its Countermeasure

黑土是我国东北地区特有的稀缺自然资源。针对长期耕作造成的东北黑土地退化问题进行调查研究。分析多年来东北黑土区耕地保护利用现状,指出存在的主要问题,并提出对策与建议,以期为合理保护利用现有东北黑土资源提供参考。

Black soil is a scarce natural resource in Northeast China.The degradation of black soil in Northeast China caused by long-term cultivation was investigated.This paper analyzes the present situation of cultivated land protection and utilization in the black soil area of Northeast China over the years,points out the main problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the rational protection and utilization of the existing black soil resources in Northeast China.
