摘要
随着现代研究进展,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在生殖系统疾病中的作用越来越受到重视,成为目前的研究热点和重点。H19是第一个被发现与基因印迹相关的lncRNA,在胚胎时期高表达,出生后仍在生殖系统中持续表达,并发挥重要作用。本文综述H19在生殖道肿瘤、性激素合成、生精功能、复发性流产和辅助生殖技术中的作用和研究进展,为多种生殖系统常见病的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供新的依据和方向。
With the progress of modern research,the role of long-chain non-coding RNAs(lncRNA)in reproductive system diseases has been paid more and more attention,and it has become the latest research focus.As the first lncRNA found to be associated with gene imprinting,H19 is highly expressed during the embryonic period and continues to be expressed and plays an important role in the reproductive system after birth.This paper reviews the role and research progress of H19 in genital tract tumors,sex hormone synthesis,spermatogenic function,recurrent spontaneous abortion and assisted reproductive technology,which provides new evidence and directions for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of multiple common diseases of reproductive system.
