A Textual Research on the“Mencius Category”of Jingyi Kao

以《经义考》“《孟子》类”前三卷为范围进行校理,发现并订正其中文本问题11处,包括文献讹误失考与文本来源错漏两大类型。并由此得见,《经义考》之校理必须坚持“以朱还朱”、追溯初源的研究原则与方法,方可补正阙漏、还原本真,充分发挥此书总汇性经学专科目录的学术价值。

This paper carries out a textual research on the first three volumes of the“Mencius category”in Jingyi Kao,and discovers and corrects eleven textual errors of two types,i.e.errors and omissions of the text itself and wrong literature sources.This research shows that only when the collation of Jingyi Kao adheres to the principles and methods of“repaying Zhu with Zhu”and tracing back to the original sources can we correct the errors,complement the deficiencies and restore the truth,so as to give full play to the academic value of this work as a comprehensive index of classics.
