摘要 随着部队建设的发展起步,其编制和装备进行了大范围的调整和重组。为有效地促进部队建设,急需构建科学的评估方法,对部队的信火打击能力进行综合评估,为未来部队建设提供科学依据。评估合成部队信火打击能力需着眼于合成部队特定任务需求,严格遵循任务牵引、实战标准和客观公正的原则,运用层次分析法对合成部队信火打击能力构成要素进行分类、分层、定性、定量考察分析,整体评估合成部队信火打击能力水平。 With the development of the construction of the synthetic army,its establishment and equipment have been adjusted and restructured on a large scale.In order to effectively promote the construction of synthetic forces,it is urgent to construct a scientific evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the ability of synthetic forces to attack the fire,and to provide a scientific basis for the future construction of synthetic forces.Assessing the ability of synthetic forces to strike by fire should focus on the specific task requirements of synthetic forces,strictly follow the principles of task traction,actual combat standards and objective justice,and analytic hierarchy process is used to classify,stratify,qualitatively and quantitatively investigate and analyze the elements of the ability of synthetic forces to strike by fire,so as to evaluate the ability of synthetic forces as a whole.Fire strike capability level.
