氨基化石墨烯对脲醛树脂胶粘剂胶合强度及低醛化的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Amine-functionalized Graphene Addition on Bonding Strength and Low Formaldehyde of Urea-Formaldehyde Resin

摘要 为了降低脲醛树脂胶粘剂中游离甲醛含量,研究氨基化石墨烯对脲醛树脂胶粘剂胶合强度及低醛化的影响,文中采用“弱碱-弱酸-弱碱”的合成方法,制备了氨基化石墨烯改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂(NGUF)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对NGUF结构与微观形貌进行分析,采用相应的国家标准对NGUF的胶合强度和游离甲醛含量进行分析,研究NGUF增强胶合和低醛化的机理。研究结果表明:氨基化石墨烯上的氨基与甲醛反应,有效降低了脲醛树脂中的游离甲醛含量;同时氨基化石墨烯对脲醛树脂的接枝和交联作用增强了树脂的胶合强度。当氨基化石墨烯的质量分数为尿素的0.5%时,NGUF的游离甲醛质量分数为0.15%,胶合强度达到1.43 MPa,有望作为综合性能优异的环保型胶粘剂使用。 In order to reduce the free formaldehyde content in urea-formaldehyde resin and study how the addition of amine-functionalized graphene influences the bonding strength and low formaldehyde of urea-formaldehyde resin,the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive modified by amine-functionalized graphene(NGUF)was synthesized by the alkali-acid-alkali method.The samples were characterized with FTIR,XRD and SEM.The bonding strength and free formaldehyde content of NGUF were tested by the national standards.And the mechanism for enhanced bonding strength and low formaldehyde was studied.The results show that the reaction of the amino groups on the aminated graphene with formaldehyde effectively reduces the free formaldehyde content in the urea-formaldehyde resin and that the grafting and cross-linking of amine-functionalized graphene to the urea-formaldehyde resin enhance the bonding strength of the resin.When the content of amine-functionalized graphene is 0.5%of urea,the free formaldehyde mass fraction of the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive is 0.15%,and its bonding strength reaches 1.43 MPa.These results suggest that the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive modified by amine-functionalized graphene is expected to be an environment-friendly adhesive because of its excellent comprehensive performance.
