摘要
产学研合作伙伴选择是一个典型的多属性决策问题,针对决策信息具有时序特征和信息模糊特性,引入基于时间度和正交投影的动态直觉模糊多属性决策方法。在此基础上,运用场理论构建合作伙伴选择的协同创新能力场模型,设计产学研协同创新合作伙伴动态选择过程,对备选伙伴进行淘汰和优选。以某个产学研协同创新联盟的伙伴选择为例,结果表明:该方法充分兼顾产学研联盟内部协同创新资源情况以及备选合作伙伴的资源互补性,实现了产学研联盟协同创新成员的“优胜劣汰”,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Partners selection in industry-university-research(I-U-R)collaboration is a typical multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problem.Considering sequential and fuzzy characteristics of this decision-making information,a dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy MADM(DIF-MADM)method is proposed based on time degree and orthogonal projection.First,a field theory is employed to construct a cooperative innovation capacity field model of partner selection,and design an optimized dynamic selection process of cooperative innovation partners for alternative partners.Utilizing the I-U-R collaborative innovation alliance setting as an example,results show that this approach fully considers internal collaborative innovation resources of I-U-R alliance and resource complementarity of alternative partners.Furthermore,this approach realizes the“survival of the fittest”of members of I-U-R collaborative innovation alliance,which simultaneously verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
