Cultural system is an important part of the system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Looking back on the century-long history,the Communist Party of China has led its people to build advanced culture and gradually form a cultural system that is compatible with the development of Chinese society.From the perspective of Institutionalism,historical experience of cultural system construction of the Communist Party of China can be summarized as follows:adhering to the deepest foundation role of the fine traditional Chinese culture in the Chinese cultural system;adhering to the leading role of Marxism in ideology;adhering to Party leadership over news and public opinion;adhering to keep pace with the times and promote the improvement of cultural policy through innovation of ideas;adhering to promote the construction of cultural legal system step by step.A refection on historical experience of the cultural system construction will definitely provide a historical enlightenment for the improvement and optimization of cultural system construction in the future.
