摘要
邯钢采用六西格玛管理方法,运用“DMAIC”方法对邯钢表面“亮点”的形成机理进行了分析,对生产工艺进行了改进,通过消除酸轧和连退流程中影响主要因子的波动因素,提高连退清洗表面反射率,通过降低炉底辊结瘤产生频率,降低了邯钢连退汽车板表面“亮点”缺陷。
Hansteel adopts six sigma management method,and"DMAIC"method was used to analyze the formation mechanism of"bright spot"on the surface of Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the production process was improved.The"bright spot"defect on the surface of Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was reduced by eliminating the fluctuation factors affecting the main factors in the process of acid rolling and continuous annealing,improving the reflectivity of continuous annealing cleaning surface,and reducing the frequency of nodulation on the bottom roll.
