摘要
简要说明了某钢铁联合企业焦炉煤气产气量的现状,针对企业下一阶段高热值燃气资源存在缺口的情况进行预判,系统分析了结焦时间、配煤挥发分等因素对焦炉煤气发生量的影响,建立了产气量和影响因素间的数学模型,给出了下一阶段改善的方向。
This paper briefly illustrates the present situation of coke oven gas production in one integrated iron and steel enterprise,and predicts the gap of the next phase of high calorific value gas resources situation.It systematically analyzes the coking time,blending of coke oven gas generates volatile grading factors,establishs the mathematical model between the gas production rate and influence factors,and gives the direction of the next stage to improve.
