Discussion on Quality Control in Rolling Process

当今社会发展对钢材的需求量越来越大,市场对产品的质量要求也越来越高,因此钢铁行业快速发展的同时质量控制也越发重要,但是轧钢生产过程复杂,任一环节出现问题都会降低产品的质量,因此必须重视对生产过程的质量控制。本文对轧钢生产过程中的质量控制相关措施进行了研究,希望能够有效提升轧钢生产技术水平,提高成材率降低废次品,从而保障产品质量,同时提升轧钢企业的经济效益。

In today's society development,the demand for steel is more and more big,the market for the product quality requirements also more and more high,so the industry's rapid development and quality control are more important,but the complex production process of steel rolling and any link problems will reduce the quality of the products,so must attach importance to the quality control of the production process.This paper studies the quality control measures in the process of rolling steel productiong to effectively improve the level of rolling steel production technology and the rate of finished products,so as to ensure the quality of products,and improve the economic benefits of rolling enterprises.
