摘要
针对汉钢高钛球团矿抗压强度(≥2000 N)合格率偏低、高温还原度低等问题,通过强化原料管理,优化配料结构、调整工艺参数等措施,改善原料条件,提高了生球落下强度,从而将高钛球团矿抗压强度合格率从63%提高至71%,还原度从54%提高至65%。
Aiming at the problems of low pass rate of high-titanium pellets(≥2000 N)and low deoxidization degree at high temperature in Hangang corporation,the raw material conditions were improved by strengthening the raw material management,optimizing the raw material structure and adjusting the process parameters,the dropping strength of green pellets is improved,so the pass rate of compressive strength of high-titanium pellets is increased from 63%to 71%,and the reducibility is increased from 54%to 65%.
