摘要
采煤工作面在回采过程中因采空区顶板垮落导致压力传递到两巷,从而造成两巷变形严重,影响工作面正常推进及物料的运输,为缓解巷道变形,提高回采效率,采用打设注浆锚索,注入新型锚固浆体的工艺进行施工,使两巷接近工作面的顶板紧固成为整体,从而缓解因压力导致的两巷变形情况,有效地提高回采效率,降低安全风险,值得在回采工作面推广使用。
In the mining process,the pressure is transmitted to the two lanes due to the roof collapse of the goaf,resulting in serious deformation of the two roadways,affecting the normal advance of the working face and the transportation of materials.In order to alleviate the deformation of the roadway and improve the mining efficiency,the grouting anchor cable and the injection of new anchoring slurry are used for construction,so that the roof of the two roadways close to the working face is fastened as a whole in order to alleviate the deformation of the two roadways caused by pressure,which effectively improves the mining efficiency and reduces the safety risk,and is worth popularizing in the mining face.
