摘要
本文针对食品传播的病毒性疾病种类、主要传播途径以及食源性病毒性疾病预防措施进行深入的分析与阐述,希望通过本文的分析能够让更多的人了解食品传播病毒性疾病的危害,更好的从自己做起,预防病毒,保护生命及财产安全。
According to the data of epidemiological studies,food is an important medium for foodborne viruses to enter the human body through oral transmission.Once people have close contact with people or contact with the excreta of the infected person,it will promote the spread of foodborne viruses,and it is extremely easy to produce large-scale flow and infection of viral foodborne diseases.In this regard,this paper will focus on the types of viral diseases in food transmission,the main ways of transmission and the prevention measures of food borne virus diseases,hoping that through this analysis,more people can understand the harm of food borne viral diseases,and better start from themselves,prevent viruses,protect life and property safety.
