摘要
食品检验检测机构是保证食品安全的重要组成,随着市场化进程的发展,检验检测机构存在的问题也逐渐暴露了出来。本文基于食品检验检测质量管理体系现状,从外部环境和自身体制建设入手,健全和完善质量管理体系和内容,并给出了具体的建设措施,继而促进质量管理体系的可持续运行。
Food inspection and inspection organization is an important part of food safety.With the development of marketization,the internal problems of inspection and inspection organization are gradually exposed.This paper is based on the current situation of food inspection and inspection quality management system,starting with the external environment and its own system construction content,the quality management system and content are improved and perfected,then promote the sustainable operation of quality management system.
