摘要
食品检测对于保障食品安全有非常重要的作用,食品检测实验室是食品检测的重要场所,所以务必要做好实验室质量控制与管理。本文针对食品检测实验室质量控制的意义展开简要阐述,分析了食品检测质量的影响因素,重点总结和讨论质量控制和管理对策,以期为实验室质量控制与管理提供参考。
Food testing plays a very important role in ensuring food safety.Food testing laboratories are important places for food testing,so laboratory quality control and management must be done well.This article elaborates on the significance of quality control in food testing laboratories,analyzes the influencing factors of food testing quality,and focuses on summarizing and discussing quality control and management strategies in order to provide references for laboratory quality control and management.
