摘要
食品安全与人们的身体健康以及社会的和谐稳定发展有着直接的关系,所以食品安全也是我国监管的重点内容。食品微生物检测在保证食品安全方面发挥着重要作用,其是食品质量检测的重要内容。随着生物技术的快速发展,近年来,越来越多新技术被应用至食品微生物检测中,如PCR技术(聚合酶链式反应技术)就是一种新兴的检测技术,其在提高检测质量和效率方面发挥着重要作用。本文就PCR技术在食品微生物检测中的应用进行详细分析。
Food safety and people’s health,as well as the harmonious and stable development of society has a direct relationship,so ensuring food safety is also the key content of China’s supervision.Food microbiological detection plays an important role in ensuring food safety,which is an important content of food quality detection.In recent years,more and more new technologies have been applied to food microbiological detection,such as PCR,which plays an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of detection.In this paper,the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection was analyzed in detail.
