摘要
食品安全是影响国民健康的关键因素,致病菌污染是引发食源性疾病的主要原因。本文将多重PCR技术应用于食品检验中,该技术能够检验出食品中的致病菌种类以及致病菌毒性,为食品安全管理提供依据。
Food safety is a key area affecting national health,and pathogenic bacteria pollution is the main cause of food borne diseases.In this paper,multiplex PCR technology is applied to food inspection,which can detect the types and toxicity of pathogenic bacteria in food,and provide the basis for food safety management.
