Food safety is related to people’s health.In order to strengthen the effect of food safety guarantee,this paper will point out the important role of food testing on food safety in combination with the current situation of food safety in China,and determine the problems existing in food detection,and put forward relevant methods to improve food safety problems,so as to provide theoretical reference for workers in the industry.
