摘要
为了进一步促进Cr3C2-NiCr涂层的应用,采用超音速火焰喷涂制备了改性Cr3C2-25NiCr涂层,并通过显微形貌观察、硬度、结合强度检测及耐中性盐雾和抗SO2腐蚀性能测试等手段对其金相组织、孔隙率、硬度、结合强度和耐蚀性能等进行了表征。结果表明:该涂层结构致密,孔隙率低,硬度高,结合强度好,耐蚀性能大幅度提高。
For further improving the application of Cr3C2-NiCr coating,the modified Cr3C2-25 NiCr coating was prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)spraying,and its metallographic structure,porosity,hardness,bonding strength and neutral salt spray resistance were tested by the means of micro-morphology observation,strength test,neutral salt spray and anti-SO2 corrosion test.Results showed that the coating had a compact structure with low porosity,high hardness and good bonding strength,and its corrosion resistance was greatly improved.
