摘要
对裂纹尖端塑性区的分析与研究十分重要。从金相组织和硬度方面对裂纹尖端塑性区进行分析:使用金相显微镜观察裂纹尖端塑性区的金相组织与非裂纹影响区域的金相组织进行对比分析,发现裂纹尖端塑性区的晶粒发生了严重的扭曲变形。以裂纹尖端为圆心,沿着不同方向路径测量硬度变化曲线从而观察裂纹尖端硬度的变化趋势,得到了从裂纹尖端向外的硬度由小到大、再由大到小的变化趋势,从而分析了裂纹尖端塑性区对材料本身特性的影响。
In this paper,the microstructure and microhardness of the plastic zone at the crack tip were analyzed.The microstructure of the plastic zone at the crack tip was observed by metallographic microscope,and was compared with the metallographic microstructure of the non-crack affected zone.Results showed that the grain in the plastic zone at the crack tip was seriously distorted.At the same time,the hardness curve was measured along different directions with the crack tip as the center.The changing trend of the hardness at the crack tip was observed,and the changing trend of the hardness from small to large and then from big to small was obtained from the crack tip outward.The influence of the plastic zone at the crack tip on the properties of the material itself was analyzed.
