摘要
基于资源保存理论和时间管理理论,通过问卷调查的方法探究了网络闲逛行为对工作倦怠的直接影响、工作无聊感和恢复体验的中介效应以及知觉时间控制的调节效应。研究结果发现:网络闲逛行为与工作倦怠之间存在U型关系,工作无聊感与恢复体验各自中介了网络闲逛行为与工作倦怠之间的关系,而知觉时间控制对网络闲逛行为与工作无聊感、恢复体验之间的关系均具有调节作用,最后对研究结论进行了讨论。
Based on the theory of resource conversation and time management and using the method of questionnaire survey,the present paper explores the direct impact of cyber-loafing behaviors on job burnout,the mediating effect of job boredom and recovery experience,and the moderating effect of perceptual time control.The results show that playing things are not necessarily demoralized.Specifically,there is a U-shaped relationship between cyber-loafing behaviors and job burnout.Job boredom and recovery experience mediate the relationship between cyber-loafing behaviors and job burnout,while perceptual time control moderates the relationship between cyber-loafing behaviors and job boredom and recovery experience respectively.Finally,the conclusions are discussed.
