Dust removal equipment plays an important role in the process of grain operations,only efficient use of dust removal equipment can effectively reduce the risk of dust explosion.This article focuses on the problems existing in the use of dust removal equipment,and proposes effective solutions and measures.For daily inspection and maintenance,a reasonable inspection and guarantee system has been formulated.At the same time,the technical transformation of the old dust removal equipment for bulk grains has greatly improved the efficiency of the use of dust removal equipment and provided a guarantee for the safe production of bulk grains.
