我国食品生产经营的安全与人民群众的健康以及社会经济的协调发展之间有着密切的联系,因此在食品生产中落实严格的安全监管具有非常重要的意义。本文结合我国大部制改革后,在放管服背景下构建的市场监管体系中食品安全监管现状,分析其所面临的困境,并以法治思维和方式强化对其监管的多路径选择,为我国食品安全的监管共治提供新的思路。

There is a close relationship between the production and management of food safety in my country,the health of the people and the coordinated development of social economy,so it is of great significance to implement strict safety supervision in food production.This article combines the current situation of food safety supervision in the market supervision system built under the background of decentralization and service after the reform of the majority of the country’s system,analyzes the difficulties it faces,and strengthens the multi-path choice of its supervision with legal thinking and methods.Provide new ideas for the supervision and co-governance of food safety in my country.
