白砂糖产品抽检不合格项目分析及控制措施

摘要 白砂糖是重要的甜味剂,也是日常生活中广泛使用的食糖,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对食糖的质量要求也越来越高。广西是我国最大的产糖基地,食糖产量占全国总产量的60%以上。本文通过对广西近几年食糖产品监督抽查数据的研究分析,找出食糖产品易出现的质量问题,并分析问题出现的原因,从而提出提高食糖产品质量的措施。 White granulated sugar is the important sweetener and the most widely used sugar in daily life.With the increasingly improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of sugar.Guangxi is a major sugar production base in China,and the sugar production accounts for more than 60%of the total production.Based on the research and analysis of supervision and random inspection data of sugar product in recent years of Guangxi,we identify the quality problems which easily occurrence in sugar products and analyze the causes of these problems,so as to propose measures to improve the quality of sugar products.
