分析食品农残检测技术的现状及相关思考

Analysis of the Status Quo of Food Pesticide Residue Detection Technology and Related Thinking

农药虽然可以防治病虫害,提高农作物的质量和产量,但是也对人们的身体健康造成了严重威胁。目前市场上的农药有杀虫剂、除菌剂和除草剂等。这些农药拥有很强的毒性,可能会残存在食品上。农药的种类繁多,为食品农残检测增加了难度。本文对食品农残监测技术现状进行了分析,并提出了建议和展望,以期为检测部门提供参考。

With the continuous development of agricultural industrialization,people are more and more dependent on pesticides in their daily production.Although pesticides can control diseases and insect pests and improve the quality and yield of crops,they also pose a serious threat to people’s health.At present,there are pesticides,fungicides and herbicides on the market.These pesticides are highly toxic and will not be washed away by rain,and will remain on food.Due to the variety of pesticides,it is difficult to detect pesticide residues in food.In this paper,the current situation of food pesticide residue monitoring technology was analyzed,and suggestions and prospects were put forward,in order to provide reference for the detection department.
