摘要 在社会经济飞速发展的今天,国家经济整体水平不断提高,对其他方面的重视程度也不断提升,尤其是文化和文化产业已经进入了一个全新的高度,各地区都在积极打造文化体系。基于此,本文针对粤菜饮食文化展开分析,分析饮食文化和地区发展之间的关系,以及广东地区粤菜文化形成因素,进而明确如何借助粤菜饮食文化打造文化强省,针对二者之间的关系,结合粤菜饮食文化创新发展措施展开分析,以供参考。 With the rapid development of social economy,the overall level of national economy is constantly improving,and the degree of attention to other aspects is also increasing,especially the cultural and cultural industries have entered a new height.All regions are actively building a cultural system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relationship between food culture and regional development,as well as the forming factors of Cantonese food culture in Guangdong,and then clarifies how to construct a strong cultural province with the help of Cantonese food culture.According to the relationship between the two,the innovative development measures of Cantonese food culture are analyzed for reference.
