浅析提高基层部队饮食保障质量的路径

中国共产党领导的人民军队是捍卫社会主义祖国的钢铁长城,是建设中国特色社会主义和维护世界和平的重要力量。人民解放军在中国革命和建设实践中,在建立和巩固新中国的国防事业中,具有不可替代的作用。而部队饮食保障是后勤保障的基础,同时也是实现强军目标的重要一环,建立一支技术水平高、懂营养、会管理的高素质饮食保障队伍是实现强军目标的基本保障,本文分析了基层部队餐饮保障中存在的问题,积极探索解决办法,为提高基层部队伙食质量提供理论指导。
