摘要
食品作为满足人类基本能量需求,促使社会得以正常运作的物质,与人类社会的发展、生产等各类活动都有着直接的联系。而食品安全问题一直以来都是人们密切关注的。由此,做好食品安全监督管理工作十分必要,对于维护社会的正常秩序具有积极意义。基于此,本文主要针对食品安全监督管理中的食品检验展开研究,并且论述了其中较为常用的液相色谱检测法,希望能够为相关人员提供理论上的帮助。
Food,as a material that society can maintain their basic energy needs,promote the normal operation of the society,and is directly related to various activities such as the development and production of human society.Food safety has always been paid close attention to by people.Therefore,it is necessary to supervise and manage food safety,which plays a positive role in maintaining the normal order of society.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the inspection in food safety supervision and management,and discusses the commonly used liquid chromatography inspection method,hoping to bring theoretical help to relevant personnel.
