摘要
食品加工过程中如果出现污染问题,会对人体健康产生很大威胁。因此,在食品加工中要及时做好安全检验工作,及时发现并解决加工期间存在的问题,从而减少污染问题。基于此,本文针对食品加工中的污染及其安全检验进行探讨。
In the process of food processing,if there is pollution,it will have a great threat to human health.Therefore,in food processing,it is necessary to do a good job in safety inspection in time,find and solve the problems existing in the processing,so as to reduce the occurrence of pollution problems.Based on this,this paper discusses the pollution and safety inspection in food processing.
