Analysis on Food Supervision and Sampling Inspection in the Catering Link Network of Quanzhou City

食品监督抽检是食品安全部门的重点工作,能够全面了解食品质量的整体情况,及时发现并解决食品安全问题。为了深入分析泉州市餐饮环节网络食品安全情况,本文对2019年泉州市餐饮环节网抽数据进行了研究,并从全过程对结果进行了探讨,针对其中所存在的关键问题给出了相应的解决策略,以求为促进食品安全质量的提升提供理论上的支持。

Supervision and sampling inspection of food is the key work of food safety department.It can fully understand the overall situation of local food quality,and find and solve food safety problems in time.In order to make a deep analysis on the network food safety of Quanzhou catering links,this paper studies the network sampling data of Quanzhou catering links in 2019,and discusses the results from the whole process,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the key problems,so as to provide theoretical support for promoting the improvement of food safety quality.
