摘要
本文提出了一种应用氨基柱展开样本预处理,依托气相色谱-质谱、液相色谱-质谱结合测定植物源性食品中农药残留的方法,并利用该方法进行实验。结果表明,这种样本前处理方法可以满足气相色谱-质谱联用、液相色谱-质谱联用的检测要求。
In this paper,a method for the determination of pesticide residues in plant-derived foods based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was proposed.The experimental results show that this sample pretreatment method can meet the detection requirements of gas chromatographymass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
