摘要
薇甘菊是危害生态的头号“植物杀手”,在我国已经造成严重的区域性危害,迄今仍没有根本性遏制薇甘菊生长的良策。本文从烹饪视角,对薇甘菊进行感官评价,测定其营养成分、重金属及亚硝酸盐含量,并进行小白鼠饲养试验。结果表明:薇甘菊叶片(含嫩芽)具备叶菜的食用感官特征;含有一定的营养成分,重金属及亚硝酸盐含量没有超出我国无公害农产品相关标准;小白鼠食用薇甘菊后身体无不良状况。综合认为,薇甘菊可以作为野菜开发利用,通过作为食材遏制薇甘菊的生态危害大有可为。
Mikania micrantha is the number one“plant killer”that endangers ecology,which has caused serious regional harm in China.So far,there is no good strategy to fundamentally curb the growth of Mikania micrantha.In this paper,from the perspective of cooking,through the sensory evaluation of Mikania micrantha,nutritional components,heavy metals and nitrite content determination,and mice feeding experiment.The results showed that Mikania micrantha leaves(including tender buds)had edible sensory characteristics of leaf vegetables;Contains certain nutrients,heavy metals and nitrite content does not exceed the relevant standards of China’s pollution-free agricultural products;the mice had no bad health after eating Mikania micrantha.Comprehensively,Mikania micrantha can be used as wild vegetable development and utilization,through a food material to curb the ecological harm of Mikania micrantha is promising.
