广西侗族儿童青少年肌肉量与发育趋势

A study on muscle mass and its developmental tendencyin children and adolescents of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi

目的:应用生物电阻抗法测量广西侗族儿童青少年躯干肌肉质量、全身肌肉质量以及四肢的肌肉质量数值,探究广西侗族儿童青少年肌肉发育的分布特点以及发育规律。方法:在知情同意的情况下,随机整群抽取广西714例(女为351例,男为363例)9~15岁侗族健康儿童青少年作为研究对象,应用体成分分析仪对所有受试者进行测量,测出躯干肌肉量、全身肌肉量、左上肢肌肉量、右上肢肌肉量、左下肢肌肉量、右下肢肌肉量,所有数据均用SPSS22.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:广西侗族儿童青少年躯干肌肉量、全身肌肉量、左上肢肌肉量、右上肢肌肉量、左下肢肌肉量、右下肢肌肉量在一定的年龄段会随着年龄的增长而增长,男性均大于女性(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且随着年龄增长,男性肌肉量增加趋势更显著。结论:广西侗族儿童青少年肌肉含量随年龄变化特点符合一般儿童青少年发育的正常规律,且广西侗族儿童青少年肌肉发育存在有性别差异。广西侗族青少年身体各部肌肉含量与广西苗族青少年身体各部肌肉含量有一定差异。

Objective:To measure the muscle mass of children and adolescents of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi,and explore the distribution characteristics and regularity of muscle development of Dong ethnicity.Methods:714 healthy children and adolescents(351 females and 363 males)aged from 9 to 15 years old of Dong ethnicity were randomly selected with informed consent.All subjects were measured by body composition analyzer,the muscle mass of trunk,whole body,left upper Limb,right upper limb,left lower limb and right lower limb were measured.All data were statistically processed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results:The trunk muscle mass,total muscle mass,left upper limbs muscle mass,right upper limbs muscle mass,left lower limbs muscle mass and right lower limbs muscle mass of children and adolescents of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi increased with the increase of age,and were higher in males than in females(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the increase in muscle mass was more pronounced in men.Conclusion:The characteristics of muscle development of children and adolescents of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi accord with the normal law of normal children and adolescents,and there are sex differences in muscle development of children and adolescents of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi.There are some differences between the muscle content of adolescents of Dong ethnicity and Miao ethnicity.
