静电纺丝技术工业化研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 随着纳米纤维应用领域的不断扩展,我国需要加快纳米纤维批量化生产,以满足市场对纳米纤维产品的大量需求。静电纺丝技术是目前制备纳米纤维最常用的方法之一,最有希望成为工业化生产不同种类聚合物纳米纤维的有效方法。本文介绍了溶液静电纺丝和熔体静电纺丝的基本原理和工艺,综述了目前静电纺丝工业化技术的进展,列举了国内外大型静电纺丝工业生产设备,最后对未来静电纺丝实现大规模化生产研究进行了展望。 With the continuous extending of the application field of nanofibers,the large-scale production of nanofibers to meet the demand of commercial nanofiber products is required to be accelerated in China.Electrospinning technology is currently one of the most commonly used methods to prepare nanofibers,which is expected to become an effective method for the industrialized production of different kinds of polymer nanofibers.This review introduces the basic theories and technologies of solution electrospinning and melt electrospinning,summarizes the progress of electrospinning industrialization technology at present,especially presents the equipment for the large-scale electrospinning industrial production equipment at home and abroad,and finally prospects the large-scale production research of electrospinning in the future.
