基于文献分析的健康信息素养研究现状

Research Status of Health Information Literacy Based on Literature Analysis

目的采用文献计量方法分析我国健康信息素养的研究现状,为健康信息素养的深入研究提供参考。方法以中国期刊全文数据库收录健康信息素养研究的文献为数据源,分析有关健康信息素养的文献数量分布、被引频次、发表期刊、作者、科研机构、关键词等特征。结果共纳入文献272篇,约1/3的研究成果发表在图书馆情报领域方面的期刊上;发文量排名前3的作者为王辅之、陆建玉、韩云峰;发文机构主要有武汉大学、中南大学和华中科技大学;高频关键词主要包括“健康信息素养”“健康素养”“影响因素”等。结论目前有关健康信息素养的研究关注度大致呈上升态势,研究成果发表在图书馆情报领域方面的期刊上较多,研究者的关注点主要集中在健康信息素养影响因素和实现途径等方面。

Objective To analyze the current research status of health information literacy in my country with a bibliometric method,and provide references for in-depth research on health information literacy.Methods Using the Chinese journal full-text database as a data source,the number distribution,citation frequency,published journals,authors,scientific research institutions,keywords and other characteristics of health information literacy research documents were analyzed.Results A total of 272 articles were included,and about one-third of the research results were published in journals in the field of library information;the top 3 authors were Wang Fuzhi,Lu Jianyu,and Han Yunfeng;the publishing institutions were Wuhan University,Central South University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology;high-frequency keywords mainly include"health information literacy","health literacy","influencing factors"and so on.Conclusion At present,research attention on health information literacy is generally on the rise.Research results have been published in periodicals in the field of library information.Researchers'focus is mainly on the influencing factors and realization methods of health information literacy.
