摘要
目的了解目前海口市三甲医院护理人员工作应激状况,为缓解护理人员工作压力提供理论依据。方法于2018年5月,采用多级随机抽样的方法,对海口市三家三甲医院601名护理人员的工作应激情况进行调查,分析不同年龄、护龄、科室以及聘用方式等特征对护士工作应激情况的影响。结果护士工作应激量表得分(124.63±22.43)分,其中高度工作应激者占14.98%,正常工作应激者占81.53%,低工作应激者占3.49%;不同年龄、护龄、学历以及聘用方式的护士工作应激量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同医院、科室、职称的护士工作应激量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海口市三甲医院护士工作应激状况处于一般水平,但有少部分护士工作应激状况较严重,需引起护理人员管理者的重视;另外,医院、科室、职称可能是影响护士工作应激的因素。
Objective To understand the stress status of nursing staff in Haikou Third-Grade A Hospital,and to provide a basis for alleviating the stress of nursing staff.Methods In May 2018,a multi-stage random sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey on the work stress of 601 nursing staff in Third-Grade A Hospitalin Haikou city with different age,nursing age,departments anddifferentemploymentmethods.Results The nurses'work stress scale score(124.63±22.43),of which 14.98%were highly stressed at work,81.53%are stressed at normal work,and 3.49%were stressed at low work;There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the nurses'work stress scale for different ages,nursing ages,education backgrounds,and employment methods(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses'job stress scales in different hospitals,departments,and professional titles(P<0.05).Conclusion The work stress of nurses in Third-Grade A Hospitalin Haikou City is at a general level,but a small number of nurses have serious work stress,which needs to be paid attention to by nursing staff managers;in addition,hospitals,departments,and professional titles may be factors affecting nurses'work stress.
