木纤维素在家禽生产中应用的研究进展

Research progress in application of lignocellulose in poultry production

木纤维素或木质纤维素是一种不可溶性膳食纤维添加剂,主要成分为纤维素、半纤维素和木质素。研究表明,木纤维素具有提高家禽生产性能、促进肠道蠕动、改善肠道微生物区系及提高抗病力和免疫力等功能,因此木纤维素在畜禽限抗养殖中有着广泛的应用前景。本文基于国内外研究成果,对木纤维素的特性及应用进行综述,以期为木纤维素在家禽养殖中的应用提供参考。

Lignocellulose is a kind of insoluble dietary fiber additive containing cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin.Studies indicated that lignocellulose could improve the performance of poultry production,promote intestinal peristalsis,improve intestinal microflora,and enhance disease resistance and immunity,etc.Thus lignocellulose has a broad application prospect in poultry production without antibiotics.Based on research findings at home and abroad,this paper reviewed the characteristics and applications of lignocellulose,which may provide a reference for the application of lignocellulose in poultry production.
