PDCA护理模式在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者中的应用效果探究

A STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF PDCA NURSING MODEL IN CSP PATIENTS

目的探讨CSP患者的护理方法。方法将80例CSP患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施PDCA护理模式。对比两组阴道流血时间、月经恢复时间、血β-hCG恢复正常水平的时间、不良反应发生情况和护理满意度情况。结果观察组阴道流血时间、月经恢复时间及β-hCG恢复正常水平的时间均小于对照组(t=4.32~8.67,P<0.01),护理满意度优于对照组(χ^2=13.52,P=0.001)。结论PDCA护理能有效提升CSP患者的临床效果。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of CSP patients.Methods Eighty CSP patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented PDCA care model.The vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,the time for bloodβ-hCG to return to normal levels,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,andβ-hCG recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(t=4.32~8.67,P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction was better than the control group(χ^2=13.52,P=0.001)).Conclusion The PDCA nursing model can effectively improve the clinical effects of CSP patients.
