超声引导腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术对术后肌瘤复发及妊娠结局的影响

THE EFFECT OF UGLM ON THE RECURRENCE OF MYOMA AND PREGNANCY OUTCOME

目的探讨子宫肌瘤的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析130例多发性子宫肌瘤、有生育要求患者的临床资料,按照术式不同将其分为实验组与对照组,各65例。实验组采用超声引导腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。观察两组患者术后临床效果并随访。结果实验组术后肌瘤残留率及复发率均低于对照组(χ^2=3.90,4.31;P<0.05),妊娠成功率及阴道分娩率均高于对照组(χ^2=4.13,8.78;P<0.05)。结论超声引导腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者具有更好的临床效果。

Objective To discuss the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with multiple uterine fibroids and fertility requirements were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical procedures,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 65 cases in each.The experimental group used UGLM,and the control group used laparoscopic myomectomy.Observe the clinical effects of the two groups of patients and follow-up.Results The residual rate and recurrence rate of fibroids in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(χ^2=3.90,4.31;P<0.05),and The pregnancy success rate and vaginal delivery rate are higher than the control group(χ^2=4.13,8.78;P<0.05).Conclusion UGLM has a better clinical effect in the treatment of patients with uterine myoma.
