干酪乳杆菌对雏鸡盲肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量及炎性细胞因子表达的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Lactobacillus casei on the Number of Cecal Intraepithelial Lymphocytes and Inflammatory Cytokines in Pullorosis Chicks

摘要 为了探究干酪乳杆菌对雏鸡盲肠免疫功能的影响,将450只1日龄SPF健康雏鸡随机分为空白对照组、沙门菌攻毒组、干酪乳杆菌组、预防组、治疗组和预防治疗组,每组5个重复,采用组织学和免疫学方法检测盲肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量及炎性细胞因子的变化。结果显示:饲喂干酪乳杆菌进行预防治疗,可以维护沙门菌感染雏鸡盲肠上皮细胞的完整性,显著提高肠上皮内淋巴细胞的数量,增加抗炎细胞因子IL-4、IL-10的表达量,降低致炎细胞因子IL-17、TNF-α的表达。表明干酪乳杆菌能调节肠道免疫功能,缓解沙门菌诱导的肠道免疫紊乱。 In order to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus casei on the cecal immune function of chicks,450 newborn SPF healthy chicks were randomly divided into blank control group,Lactobacillus casei,Salmonella challenge group,prevention group,treatment group and prevention plus treatment group,and each group was with 5 repeats.Histological and immunological methods were used to observe the changes in the number of cecal intraepithelial lymphocytes and inflammatory cytokines.The results showed that feeding Lactobacillus casei for the prevention and treatment of chicks infected with Salmonella significantly increase the number of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes,increased the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-4 and IL-10,and reduce the expression of inflammatory cytokine IL-17 and TNF-α.
