拮抗牛呼吸系统疾病主要病原菌乳酸菌的筛选及特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了从发酵食品中筛选出对牛支原体、牛溶血性曼氏杆菌、牛荚膜A型多杀性巴氏杆菌有拮抗功能的乳酸菌,并进一步对其生物学特性及抑菌特性进行研究。采用牛津杯法抑菌试验筛选得到1株具有优良抑菌活性的鼠李糖乳杆菌,该菌无溶血活性,其抑菌产物具有良好的热稳定性和抗紫外照射活性,抑菌能力随pH降低而增强,经蛋白酶酶解后,抑菌活性有不同程度降低。该株乳酸菌可作为潜在益生菌株防治牛呼吸系统疾病。 The aim of this study was to screen out Lactobacillus with inhibition of Mycoplasma bovis,Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida of bovine capsular type A from fermented food.The biological characteristics and bacteriostatic activity of the compound were also studied.The results showed that a strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus with excellent bacteriostatic activity was screened by Oxford cup method.The bacterium had no hemolytic activity,the antimicrobial products had good thermal stability and anti-ultraviolet radiation activity.The bacteriostatic activity was increased gradually with the decreasing of pH and the bacteriostatic activity decreased after enzymatic hydrolysis.This study lays a foundation for biological control of bovine respiratory diseases.
