泻痢康对人工诱发猪大肠杆菌病的疗效及血清蛋白含量的影响

Effect of Xielikang on Artifically Induced Porcine Colibacillosis and its Effect on Serum Protein Content

为观察泻痢康(泽漆、马齿苋、杨树花、白头翁、女贞子等)对人工诱发猪大肠杆菌病的疗效及血清蛋白含量的影响。试验将80头杜长大三元断奶仔猪随机分为4组,分别为Ⅰ组(正常组)、Ⅱ组(感染不治疗组)、Ⅲ组(感染西药治疗组)和Ⅳ组(感染泻痢康治疗组),每组4个重复,每个重复5头,期间统计各组腹泻率、腹泻频率、腹泻指数及保护率等,并采血检测血清生化和免疫指标。结果显示,泻痢康能有效降低断奶仔猪腹泻率,提高生长性能,保护率达70.0%,治疗7 d、14 d,Ⅳ组仔猪血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)含量均高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,Ⅳ组仔猪血清中IgG的水平与Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组相比升高快,但差异不显著(P>0.05),各组血清中IgA、IgM的含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明泻痢康不仅可用于防治仔猪大肠杆菌病,还能提高机体免疫力。

In order to observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound(composed of Ze paint,purslane,poplar,Pulsatilla,and Ligustrum lucidum)on the efficacy and immune function of artificially induced porcine colibacillosis.80 Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups:group I(normal group),group II(infection-free group),group III(infected western medicine group)and group IV(infected Chinese medicine treatment group).Each group had 4 repetitions with 5 repetitions each.Then the diarrhea rate,diarrhea frequency,diarrhea index and protection rate were counted,and serum biochemical and immune indicators were measured.The traditional Chinese medicine compound effectively reduced the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets and improved the growth performance.The protection rate was 70.0%.On the 7th and 14th day after treatment,the serum levels of TP,ALB and GLB in group IV were higher than those in group II and III.In group IV the serum levels of IgG in piglets increased rapidly compared with group III and group II,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The difference of serum IgA and IgM levels in each group was not significant(P>0.05).These data indicated that Chinese herbal compound not only can be used to prevent and cure piglet colibacillosis,but also can improve the body’s immunity.
